Thanks to the efforts of the Institute, Italian advertising has made significant improvements in terms of both quality and ethics, for the benefit of all stakeholders, from advertisers to the public at large.

For Citizens

Anyone who finds an advertisement to be offensive, deceptive, violent or vulgar may complain to the IAP.

For Companies

IAP offers numerous services designed to help advertisers behave fairly and responsibly: protection of creativity, copy advice, education and trainings, petitions to the Jury.

Disseminating a “self-regulatory culture” is the most effective way to achieve the IAP’s aims.
